Cultiv8 Support Network1. Membership and account
Cultiv8 Individual Membership is initially provided to one named individual account. Login details must not be shared. Business accounts and multiple staff logins may be introduced under future membership levels.
2. Standard prices
Standard membership is AU$99 + GST per month or AU$990 + GST per year. There is no free trial.
3. Founding Member offer
The first 20 eligible subscribers may join for AU$89 + GST monthly or AU$890 + GST annually. The founding price applies for the first 12 months. The subscription then changes to the corresponding standard rate identified when the subscriber joined, unless cancelled beforehand.
4. Automatic renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the applicable monthly or annual interval until cancelled. A subscriber may cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access continues until then.
5. Request allowance
Annual subscribers receive up to 30 standard SDS requests and 15 standard Supplier Certification Requests for each 12-month membership period.
Monthly subscribers receive an initial allowance of 10 SDS requests and 4 Supplier Certification Requests. Further credits are released progressively while payments remain current: After 3 paid months: add 5 SDS and 3 Supplier Certification credits · After 6 paid months: add 5 SDS and 3 Supplier Certification credits · After 9 paid months: add 5 SDS and 3 Supplier Certification credits · After 12 paid months: add 5 SDS and 2 Supplier Certification credits. The maximum during a 12-month period remains 30 SDS and 15 Supplier Certification Requests.
6. Additional requests
After available credits are used, additional standard requests are AU$5 + GST per SDS and AU$7.50 + GST per Supplier Certification Request. Rates may be reviewed for future requests, with current pricing shown before additional paid work is accepted.
7. Standard SDS request
One product and manufacturer or supplier, locating the current manufacturer-issued SDS, checking basic currency and document version, and making the document available to the member.
8. Standard Supplier Certification Request
One supplier and one certificate or certification type, requesting or retrieving existing evidence, checking the basic expiry date and scope, and making the document available to the member.
9. Fair use and separately quoted work
Detailed technical assessment, custom documentation, extensive supplier follow-up, urgent completion, lengthy questionnaires, new declarations, or work beyond a standard request may be quoted separately.
10. Credits
Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and expire when membership access ends. Allowances reset at the membership anniversary. A request is counted when Cultiv8 begins processing it, unless the request was submitted in error and withdrawn before work commenced.
11. Electronic recording systems
Access applies to the electronic systems identified as included in the Member Area. Some systems may require separate onboarding, business configuration or additional services. Members remain responsible for checking entries, maintaining accurate records and meeting their own legal, customer and certification requirements.
12. Availability
Reasonable efforts will be made to keep the Member Area available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Planned maintenance, provider outages, security incidents or circumstances outside Cultiv8’s control may temporarily affect availability.
13. Changes
Membership inclusions and future pricing may be changed with reasonable notice. Changes do not alter a paid billing period already underway unless agreed with the subscriber or required by law.
